The Mexican Center for Philanthropy, A.C. (Cemefi) and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (AliaRSE) announced the companies that this year met the standards to obtain the ESR® 2022 Distinction, among which are the COFICAB plants in Mexico. For the fourth consecutive year, COFICAB receives this distinction and joins more than 900 companies that were recognized for promoting social responsibility, achieving a positive impact on the development and sustainability of our country. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a new way of managing and doing business, in which the company ensures that its operations are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable, recognizing the interests of the different groups with which it relates and seeking the preservation of the environment and the sustainability of future generations. It is a business vision that integrates respect for people, ethical values, the community and the environment with the management of the company itself, regardless of the products or services it offers, the sector to which it belongs, its size or nationality.
